The historic Ranch House Restaurant at the Beaver Creek Golf and Country Club represents a small piece of Northern Arizona's rugged history. In the early days, the Ranch House was the finest Ranch in the Verde Valley. Cowboys rode the surrounding hills from dawn to dusk moving and working cattle. Evenings of card playing just next door in the bunk house, while celebrity guest - Clark Gable, Carol Lombard and Bette Davis - enjoyed fine dinners and cocktails, relaxed here in front of the native limestone fireplaces.
